BOOKINGS

Please read the description of services behind each consultation option so that you know which consultation is right for you and what to expect. When using the contact form, please specify which consultation you are booking or enquiring about, as well as your primary motivation or main interests.

• For Jyotish and Short Jyotish consultations, your accurate time, date, and place of birth are required, along with an e-mail address. You can also send key questions, but please keep them concise, and we’ll prioritize them in your reading.
• For Astro-Ayurveda consultations, the same birth details are required, along with the completion of Prakruti, Vikruti, Ama-Ojas quizzes before our session. For any quiz, please follow the simple instructions and note that answering these quizzes only takes a few minutes. The information you provide is the minimum necessary to perform the required consultation and service.
• Ayurvedic lifestyle consultations aim to help you understand your dosha (mind-body type), your physical, mental, and emotional predispositions, optimal balance, and current imbalances, if any. Following the consultation, you will receive a personalized Ayurvedic lifestyle program recommendation, including types of foods to eat, behavioral practices such as breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, exercise recommendations, and other self-care routines to help you return to your balanced state. Additional practices and techniques, such as emotional clearing, chakra balancing, conscious communication, and others, may be recommended as part of a holistic approach to your health and wellness, tailored to your individual assessment.
• Jyotish, Astro-Ayurveda, Ayurveda and Chakra Balancing consultations are self-discovery and self-development consultations aimed at helping you achieve your potential and optimal mind-body state. They are not meant to be medical treatments or substitutes for medical treatments or services provided by healthcare or medical professionals for physiological or psychological conditions or ailments.
  When booking a consultation, please share key information regarding your primary motivation for consultation, and indicate if you have any specific limitations that may interfere with basic movement, breathing exercises, or food intake (such as food allergies, digestion issues, etc.). Any instructions given to you during the consultation or in follow-up are personalized for you and may not be appropriate for others.
• For Chakra Consultation, we require your Chakra quiz and Sattva , Rajas, Tamas survey results. Like other quizzes, it’s quick and easy to complete. This consultation delves into your energetic composition and identifies potential blockages. Chakra healing therapy includes Reiki remote sessions, meditation script,chakra healing affirmation, tailored to your individual assessment.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Sessions are conducted via video call and are strictly confidential. While consultation records are not as well-protected legally as medical records, your data and reports serve as a reminder of our discussions should we continue working together (in a later follow-up consultation or if you book an additional service based on your first consultation).

CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING

A 48-hour notice for an appointment you wish to cancel/reschedule is mandatory. Rescheduling is possible within this deadline. Failure to attend a rescheduled appointment may result in a charge for the missed session. For questions and rescheduling appointments, please use the email address: po@astrologyayurveda.com. All consultation cancellations must be made via e mail only. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please resend your message.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change the amount or basis for determining any fees or charges for the services we provide, and to introduce new fees, charges, or terms effective upon notice to customers. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate any service at any time for any reason. We will notify you when and if we decide to terminate your service.

PayPal, Stripe, and major credit cards are accepted. Your right to use the service or a specific product is conditional upon our receipt of payment. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card, or if a charge is refunded for any reason, including chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your booking and service, thereby terminating this Agreement and all our obligations hereunder. You are required to pay any amounts still owed to us at the time your appointment session is suspended or terminated. There are no refunds for consultations or any other service or digital products. A detailed Payment Terms and Refund Policy is available as a separate document on our website, and it constitutes an integral part of this agreement.

All Astrology & Ayurveda logos, marks, page headers, custom graphics, and icons are trademarks and/or service marks owned by the Website owner. All other trademarks, product names, company names, and logos appearing on our Website are the property of their respective owners.
