    Stillness doesn’t always come easily, but the practice of meditation offers profound benefits. Sitting quietly with your breath, without the distractions of your phone or the to-do list, can transform your mental state.     Whether you call it intuition, your higher self, angels, or spirit guides, tuning in to guidance each day can bring clarity and support. Connecting with these energies through Reiki, quiet moments of reflection or prayer helps you feel grounded and supported on your journey.
