PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
This document provides detailed information about payment methods, processing, and additional terms and conditions relevant to payments and refunds.
Consultations
Upon purchase, you have a one-month window to complete your consultation. We recommend scheduling as soon as possible as availability fills quickly.
If you need to cancel a consultation or service, please email us at po@astrologyayurveda.com at least 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule. You may reschedule once. If repeated cancellations occur, the session will be charged with no possibility of a refund.
Astrology & Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel a session without explanation. If Astrology & Ayurveda cancels a service or session that you have previously booked and paid for, a full refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment.
Digital products, membership and online trainings
All online educational programs, courses, memberships, tutorials, e-books and trainings are nonrefundable.
Payment terms
Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
If you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions of this agreement, please contact po@astrologyayurveda.com. We reserve the right to change the amount or basis for determining any fees or charges for the services we provide, and to introduce new fees, charges, or terms effective upon notice to customers. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate any service at any time for any reason. We will notify you when and if we decide to terminate your service.
Third-party sevices
We accept major credit cards for your convenience. Secure online payments can be made through our website by following the instructions at checkout. Please note that access to our services or specific products is contingent upon our receipt of payment. To facilitate bookings and payments, we may utilize authorized third-party services. These third parties may require specific information to complete your transaction effectively, including your full name, address, telephone number, and credit card details.
By engaging with our Website or such third-party services, you agree to supply accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for all charges incurred through your use of the service, including any associated fees or taxes. Review and understand the pricing structure and any applicable taxes associated with your transaction.
If, for any reason, we are unable to process payment through your chosen method, or if a charge is refunded, including instances of chargebacks, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your booking and service. In such cases, this Agreement and all our obligations hereunder will be deemed terminated. Any outstanding amounts owed to us at the time of suspension or termination of your appointment session will be required to be settled promptly.
Refund policy
Please note that there are no refunds for consultations. Once a consultation has been conducted, regardless of the outcome or circumstances, refunds will not be issued. By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Payment Terms and Refund Policy.
